1. My card has declined; how do I update add another card

You can add a new card in checkout under “Pay with” and selecting the “Payment methods” you can select a new card as a payment method, selecting “Pay now” we will redirect you to add a new card

2. Card Details for Existing users: Do I need to re-enter my card details on the new app as an existing asap! customer?

Yes, you would need to re-add your card details.

3. How are order payments processed?

We place a reserve on your payment methods once your order was successfully placed. The payment method is only charged once your order has been packed, we only charge for the items that you have received.

4. What payment methods are supported?

We support card payments and Smart Shopper Rands

Supported Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club
